Pros
Incentive pay: if you're an order selector you can easily make an extra dollar or two an hour by putting in some effort while you work. Plenty of hours outside of summer. Lots of overtime.
Cons
If you're in any kind of position with responsibility beware. Very poor communication between management teams. Managers come and go very quickly. The company itself is very inefficient and if they would take the time to properly train staff they wouldn't lose as much profit as they do.
