Poor Management

Pros

Good Vacation Package/time off. Benefits are good with different add on's. Great management in only certain locations.

Cons

Working there you will feel as if you are just one of the herd. Do not look to receive a raise for at least 5 years. You are lucky if you advance in position. Only upper management or corporate location receive a bonus. They do not care for the person's in the field or in the field offices.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your long-standing commitment to Propark over the past 10 years. We're glad to hear you appreciate the vacation package, benefits, and the management in certain locations. However, we're truly sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced, particularly regarding advancement opportunities, raises, and the sense of being undervalued. At Propark, we are proud of our focus on promoting from within, and internal growth is a key priority for us. Your feedback on this is important, and we will continue working to ensure that our team members are aware of the opportunities for advance. We also hear your concerns about differences in time-off policies between field office staff and corporate staff. Your advice will be shared with leadership as we work toward improvements across all locations. Thank you again for your feedback and for your dedication to Propark.

We're happy to hear that you've enjoyed the flexibility of working remotely, the supportive environment, and the balanced workload. We also appreciate your feedback about performance feedback and pay. We’ve recently launched a new performance evaluation initiative, and we’re excited about its potential to provide more meaningful feedback and better align with our team members’ goals. Regarding compensation, we continuously review our pay structures to remain competitive in the industry but appreciate your comments to re-evaluate.
