you meat a lot people, you also get tips here and there the employes and managers are depend on the location though.

Cons

if your working outside its too cold or too hot. sometimes they will make you over work if its busy.

Horrible management. Very incompetent people in management who don't value good employees. Micro Management to the core! Especially the Area Manager, who is a total weirdo.

I like my boss and the people I interact with.

Cons

It's just a side hustle for me and I'm able to pick when I want to work. But a lot of people move on because there isn't a set schedule or hours.
