Job is not difficult, a lot of downtime compared to other jobs in it's pay grade.

Cons

The management was absolutely horrible and at the end, unresponsive. They are not in tune with what the average American worker is looking for in today's labor market.

Very flexible working environment. As long as you get the job done, it doesn't matter much when or how you do your job. Managers are easy going. Coworkers are friendly and supportive.
