Unrealistic expectations with poor management

Pros

Try their best to engage employees in corporate office, convenient location, free parking, that’s about it. I need to make it to twenty words in order to post.

Cons

Huge disconnect between day to day running of department and expectations, hiring of inexperienced directors to run a department they now nothing about. Preach about “growth” when really they pigeon hole every worker and don’t allow any growth whatsoever.

Google provides contractors with many things that make the job enjoyable.

Cons

No training. I was put at a location by myself the first day on the job. Management seems to always have problems that can easily be prevented. Easy to feel out of the loop or circle with how close all the management is to each other.

They have a God Customer Base

Cons

They dont show Employees any type of Compensation. They dont offer Benefits to Workers that have been working for them for 3+ years Part time then Transfer to Full Time. No raises but the employees help Make the Company Millions a Year. Different Pay for Different Employees even though they are the exact same Position.
