Pros

The company gets stronger everyday, I work as an analyst in the Hartford HQ and have been doing so for 9 months, and there isn't a reason I wouldn't recommend the company. Flexible hours, p/t or f/t competitive pay, health& dental insurance offered, 401k, PTO, as well as parking privilege which is awesome! Opportunities got advancement are there if you work hard!

My position requires a uniform which I'm not thrilled about!

Pros

The compensation is decent and it includes free healthcare for management. Also, there are a couple perks like never having to pay for parking downtown

Cons

Upper management is a bit out of touch with operations and they do not develop mid-level management. They have unrealistic expectations of the line staff. They look at everyone as replaceable.

Management- terrible work culture Terrible shifts ( would work until 2:30am and have to be back in at 7am) distrust among empolyees
