Worst job I’ve ever had.

Pros

Lucrative contracts for the company with big names like the zaza hotel, museums, etc. great tips if allowed at specific job site, mine didn’t but was paid 15/hr to make up.

Cons

highway turnover rate I’ve ever seen. Rude customers. Would edit my hours two ways, would make my hours less if I had to be there past scheduled time or if was I forced to miss lunch break due to massive workload and fast-paced but short staffed environment, they would take that hour away. Manager threatened me when I said they couldn’t do that. Manager would edit your already scheduled work times even if it was the day before. Would assign you to work even if approved time off. Would deliberately give workers that disappointed him or questioned him the hours that they specifically requested not to be scheduled so that they’d be pressured to quit instead of having to do firing paperwork. Manager would make misogynistic comments. When firing one person, this manager made the person strip his uniform shirt off, so humiliating. They had an undershirt but still.
