Pros

Consistent effort in professional growth 15% bonus incentive based on performance paid out on April, end of fiscal year. Birthday pay which you may take a day off at any time Wellness PTO which can be used as vacation leave

Cons

No 401k No ROTH or IRA matching/savings VP works you to the bone and threatens your job security to make you perform better. Can barely take off 2 weeks of time per year. Forced to work weekends when not necessary.

Pros

- Absolute great locations and great hotel management teams. They are friendly and you can strike up a conversation with anyone - You MIGHT get free parking however for this valet position it is not a guarantee ( I sincerely hope they will change this)

Cons

-A strange and feels like illegal structure on 3 locations within Denver Metro area -Managers have a close relationship ( two managers are married and have a hold on the valet crews that implement lots of "Scare tactics" like retaliation, no reward system, punishment and always risk of being terminated -Managers disregard all suggestions and will not consider your worry to be theirs even if it is a consistent issue and happens on a daily basis. - Managers try to micromanage when off site and consistently ignore employee recommendations or creating a "team" atmosphere - Managers have seemed to be selected as a network replacement and incompetent with keeping a modern site ( I hope this will change as well) - Managers are passive aggressive and it was made clear that they will train you if "click with" their personality which is always unstable grounds - If you aren't "in" you will feel like an outsider in relationship with management
