Our support positions are a great place for people to start - it's where a person can become fully familiar with our products and customer base, hone their skills and then progress in the company through a wide variety of paths that appeal to their talents and interests. To address your comment regarding the open office, you're right - this can sometimes take adjustment. While this workspace layout promotes a collaborative and a well-connected team, it's also important for employees to know how to balance their own needs, tasks and work styles. One way we assist our employees in this is by allowing most positions to work from home once or twice per week, as long as it is appropriate for their team's needs.
