      Organizational changes that affected the culture and job stability

      Pros

      Excellent technologies used for the development of the products. Those of us who continue and were here before the organizational changes are the best, ready to help you with whatever you need.

      Cons

      There is no job stability. In two years more than 60% of the employees have been dismissed; in some cases they have been offered mutually agreed contracts when the dismissals were for an unfair cause. The benefits they offered were not delivered at the time of the massive layoffs they made. There are no technological decisions, previously, regardless of the position, you gave opinions of architecture, technologies, but with the new changes you only have to do what 3 people say, the rest of the opinions are not valid.

      Destruction of culture

      Pros

      They use good technologies to develop web applications.

      Cons

      The original owners sold a large part, the new investors destroyed the culture and cut more than 60% of the workforce in two years. No clear objectives, wasted money on projects that did not contribute. Many meetings during the day.

To ease concerns from prospective employees, we welcome questions during the interview process. Objectives and key results are clearly communicated org-wide at the company, department, and individual levels via Lattice. I'm happy to report that, as a direct result of feedback via the employee-driven Insight & Action Group, the leadership team is participating in a "calendar cleanse" exercise to strengthen healthy meeting habits.
