Pros

Good coworkers looking for a career

Cons

Everything else. Poor leadership and unhelpful HR. Sexual harassment complaints and illegal workplace discrimination will fall on deaf ears with HR, in an HR company! So much turnover and push to add more clients than they can service. Employees complain about being underpaid and overworked, working 16 hours a day and weekends. Average 3-4 per week up to 16 employees per month quitting the company. They will make stuff up to cover for their bad reputation and poor leadership. Leadership puts fear on the employees. HR department and managers are scared to speak up to do the right thing. Employees can’t go to HR in fear they will get punished or lose their job. Disappointed and appalled in the leadership how they treat their good employees who work hard. They condone drinking, partying and join their “cult” like behavior. They want to be perceived as “Best Places to Work” with high “Core Values” but can’t deliver on the promises to their own internal employees and clients. They think they are above the law because they’re an HR company. Employees of client companies not being helped with sexual harassment/HR issues because of relationship with top level executives at company’s being told issues will be swept under the rug. Team witness leadership yelling and swearing at managers, high turnover in leadership, HR department and leadership condoning sexual harassment by allowing managers to have sexual relationships within their department, managers harassing team members, illegal workplace discrimination and favoritism by the leadership. Lack of trust in the CEO and leadership. The moment you speak up, you will be a target.

Pros

Good pay (for some, not all), flexible hours, remote work.

Cons

Extremely poor leadership, from the executive level down to department managers. Tiered management system. Very high turnover due to bad company culture (again, due to poor leadership). Most tenured employees are gone. Poor communication between depts, disorganized and understaffed and unfair practices. Unfair lead distribution (political/favoritism) and no transparency. Often require team members to perform/“role play” in front of peers so execs and management can critique/test/belittle. Leadership takes no responsibility for any of the issues and passes the blame on to staff. No upward mobility or room for advancement. They will get what they can out of you and then it's on to the next.
