Pros
The culture at ProService is what makes us so unique. The entire company lives and breaths our core values. I have worked at other companies that say they core values but not one person could actually speak to them. That's not the case here. Ask anyone at ProService about our core values and they will gladly talk your ear off if you let them! Not only do we live our core values but everyone in the organization has an understanding of core purpose, BHAG, annual and quarterly rocks. This information is communicated in our monthly company meetings (did I mention pau hana afterwards with food and drinks!), weekly in our CEO's musings, and in our day to day activities. We also have a super fun company theme that surrounds our annual goals. Everyone in the company is involved and participates and this year if we hit our goals we will go to NY City as a company! How can you not love working for ProService?!?!
Cons
The talent pool is extremely shallow in Hawaii. We are growing at a rapid pace so when we are understaffed it puts a strain on our existing team members. We are constantly looking into creative ways to solve the talent shortage and I feel confident that in 2018 we will be able to make significant strides in this area.
