. Overload of work at times . Some work can be pushed off from management . Streamline discrepancies . Very departmentalized structure . There can be pushback on work between departments due to bandwidth

ProService takes very good care of their employees! They expect a lot from their employees, but they do a great job in making sure everyone feels appreciated and is compensated fairly. There is a lot of transparency between the each department, so there is always someone to help if a fellow colleague is overloaded with work. It is the most team-oriented company I have ever worked for, and it has been a very rewarding and enjoyable experience!

Cons

I cannot think of any major dislikes I have from working at ProService. Sometimes the workload is a little overwhelming, but it has never reached the point where I felt like I was drowning. There are always people who are more than happy to assist.

I've been working at ProService for almost 2 years now, and I can't say enough good things about it. I graduated from UH Manoa in May 2016 and was hired by ProService immediately after graduation. I find myself wondering how I got so lucky to land such an awesome job right after college. Living in Hawaii is difficult, so working for a company like ProService is amazing because they make living in Hawaii a lot easier. They offer extraordinary benefits, the pay is decent and the culture is like no other. I am truly blessed to work for ProService and I would recommend it to anyone looking to work in a progressive, fast-pace, and growing company.
