The culture and the people are the top reasons to work here. Pay and benefits are also awesome!

Cons

For me, it's a long commute to Hawaii Kai, but I really can't see any other downsides to working here.

Pros

Smart, hard working colleagues, fun atmosphere most of the time. If you are looking for a 1-2 yr staff job then this is a great place. Nice location too if on the east side of town.

Cons

Very very political. Executives make front line staff level decisions with no input from colleagues, managers, or directors. Promotions and raises are entirely based on who likes you, not real demonstrated performance or merit. The company stresses core values, etc., and on the surface it seems true, but it's a complete hypocrisy. No manager development.
