      Pros

      ProService has been a great place to work. I have enjoyed the fact that it is fast paced, challenging environment, and there always seems to be new opportunities to learn. I have great co-workers who are also very hard working and willing to help out. Location and flexibility are also a plus.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and high expectations are not for everyone.

      Supportive and helpful colleagues, family-oriented atmosphere Work that challenges you, no one day is the same Company genuinely cares about its employees, great benefits provided

      Not much. There has been some employee turnover, but that is expected in any company

      Pros

      Positive energy. Good values. Management that cares. Good benefits. Focus on learning, and opportunities to learn. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Employees care about their customers. Great commute if you live on the East side.

      Cons

      This is coming from a young person: Too much focus on "frat" culture. Company needs to recognize that not everyone has a rah-rah personality. Company events are targeted at singles, not at people in a relationship.
