Pros

Being fairly new to the company, you get to catch on quickly the expectations bestowed upon you. From Core Values to the the goals and progress evaluations, transparency is key, and I like it! Visuals are posted to measure success and if there is a problem, we don't point fingers, we fix it and move on. Proservice does practice what it preaches. If goals are obtained, we celebrate!

Cons

If you are not a team player and goal orientated, this may not be where its at.

Pros

I have come to appreciate our mission statement and core values (look them up at Proservice.com). Basically, Proservice Hawaii exists to empower Hawaii Businesses to succeed. We do HR Services very well, which frees up our clients to focus on their business and do what they are passionate about. It's all about service and building up our State's economy for future generations.

Cons

We are a growing company which is exciting to be a part of, but with growth also comes the 'growing pains' of keeping up with the work load and maintaining the amount of staff to keep up with that growth.

Many opportunities to make extra money when you refer new clients. Strong living values. Client centric East to make your mark and move up.

Cons

No a good fit for everyone, as a result there is high turnover within the first year of employment.
