You are surrounded by incredibly smart and passionate people ( 90% of them), that almost forces you to want to do better. We learn on a daily basis. At first you may feel overwhelmed by the immense workload and fast pace of the job, but you soon realize that if you can get through it, you will be rewarded tremendously ( personally and materialistically). The CEO invests in all his people. He knows you by name, job title and accomplishments, big or small. He takes time to say hello, thank you , and great job. Not to mention all the fun stuff the company does for us! Retreats, Friday breakfast, monthly pizza and beers, snack cart etc. Irreplaceable Company Culture!

Cons

Sometimes the work days can be long. Work-life balance can often be forgotten.

This company is overflowing with culture, its such a breathe of fresh air when a company not only talks but lives their values. Its a Culture rich company for those who dont just want to "go to work" but want to strive to be a high performing team member.

Cons

My only downside is that the office is far from where I live, But I have learned to adjust and make it work.
