      Pros

      ProService Hawaii is by far the greatest company I have ever worked for. From their core values to their employee promises, there isn't a single thing about this company that I don't like. They value their employees, give them opportunities to grow and accelerate their careers. ProService has provided me with great education and on the job skills that I wouldn't get anywhere else. Proud employee to say the very least.

      Cons

      The only con was commute to Hawaii Kai for employees living on the West Side, but they're opening a West Side Office soon!

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow - I've been here for over 6 years and have grown personally and professionally during that time. The people I work with are great and push me to get better as well. The company likes to have fun and make people feel rewarded when goals are hit.

      Cons

      Frankly, it isn't for everyone. Expectations are high, and with that comes pressure and stress. If you don't thrive in an environment like that, you won't like it here.

      The culture is amazing and fun, the people are driven and intelligent, and the company is interested in the individual successes of its employees knowing that this is what ultimately drives the success of the company as a whole unit

      Cons

      There is a high turnover in employees- but, it really does take an A-player to not only keep up, but thrive!
