Positive energy. Good values. Management that cares. Good benefits. Focus on learning, and opportunities to learn. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Employees care about their customers. Great commute if you live on the East side.

Cons

This is coming from a young person: Too much focus on "frat" culture. Company needs to recognize that not everyone has a rah-rah personality. Company events are targeted at singles, not at people in a relationship.
