      Nothing except working for client.

      Never seen such worst policies. Management is not good. Does micro management. Imposes too much pressure and no respect towards the employees.

      Salaries are paid on time Prompt response on applying for H1B and working with employee to have all documentation ready.

      Cons

      There are no benefits that we get. Vacation or leaves can only be taken on loss of pay.
