Pros

There is such a strong dedication to mission. The school is not perfect, but acknowledges openly its growth areas and whole-heartedly works to improve upon them.

Cons

There is still a gray area between the roles and responsibilities of the schools and the network.

Pros

Diverse student body and staff; Warm culture; Employees actually send their kids to the school

Cons

It would be nice to have a few more happy hours/fun work events/perks, but the relative lack may be due to the slightly older (mostly 30s) teacher population.
