      Pros

      401 K match, training allocations, technology fund, and awesome All Hands meetings that were actually really fun ans festive! CEO, IT, Finance and HR staff were very supportive.

      Cons

      Operations leadership and Program Managers were really, really awful when I worked there. Heard it's much much better now (since the CEO fired all the weak links and made the company employee owned.).

      Employee well-being is our number one focus. As you stated, we have a fantastic benefits program to meet the needs of our employees and their families. Mike has placed great leadership in the corporate office and has a solid team around him to take us to the next level! Of course, as employee-owned we are all in this together!       The management can't be trusted. Maybe it has changed since I've left there, but the management only keeps a select few in the loop. If you're not part of the "in crowd", they'll do whatever it takes to make you quit or get fired(sidenote: they'll replace you very quickly which makes it seem as if it's a body shop and you're expendable). They foster a toxic work environment where hard work isn't necessarily rewarded, meaning don't be shocked if you see someone who doesn't deserve a promotion receive one there. Like I said, maybe it's changed for the better; one can only hope.

      Pros

      Working with Prosync team is a wonderful experience! Company offers great benefits, 401K, and fun events for employees. Prosync has a great reputation in the industry.

      Manager would claim he is going to offsite clients but instead he was pursuing other interests
