      Pros

      - places you on projects to help advance your professional growth - upper management is approachable - peers are intelligent and encouraging - found some new and, now, very close friends at the office - promotions are based on a variety of factors (e.g. work ethic, attitude, team work, etc) and not just on tenure metrics - supports certifications and continuing education

      Cons

      - schedule can change in a moment's notice (such is the life of a consultant) - travel can be exhausting (however, managers and above will work with you if you feel you need a travel break)

      Pros

      Best culture is a reality at Protiviti. I've only had 4 jobs in my whole career which spans almost 20 years. At the end of the day, half of that has been with Protiviti and it's all because of the people and culture. Work is work, you have ups and downs, challenges of course too. At Protiviti, we're in it together and this is a place I feel like I truely belong.

      Cons

      It'd be nice to be rich and not have to work at all but other then that reality, no major cons. We do work hard here so it's not a place to skate.
