      Pros

      - Training was an excellent experience - Relaxed work environment - Intelligent and friendly coworkers - Competitive benefits - Management is actively engaged; I see them at "work in the office" days, town halls, events, and at trainings

      Cons

      - I was hired during an off time of year and didn't get to attend the "consultant challenge" training course for 3 months. In that time I often had trouble reaching my project leads to ask questions. This wasted a lot of my time. - I have spent a lot of time on the bench which has prevented me from getting chargeable hours. I would actually like a lot more work then I am being given. - Pay isn't great for LA's high cost of living

      Pros

      Good work - life balance and time off policies. Promotions and annual bonuses were good( for the financial services vertical).

      Cons

      Most of the clients are mid sized companies in the industry and a lot of repetitive assignments come by.
