Pros

Consulting is nice if you don't want to be stuck working on the same thing constantly. You get exposure to different things, different industries, etc. by being on different projects. Also, if you like to travel this will be a plus for you as often times the project may require some type of traveling.

Cons

My biggest complaint at this company is that the pay was not comparable to similar positions at other companies.

- Some people are really nice - Good Telecom Clients in Middle East & Africa - Good Opportunity who is open to travel (mostly in pathetic countries though)

Cons

- Confused Management - Very Poor Qualify of Work - Some People who are staying long with Protiviti (Kuwait) are pathetic and knows only to bully new resources, has no knowledge of work and plays too much office politics
