      Pros

      Protiviti is a great place to get experience at a variety of large clients. Many of the clients are large and well-known, but you still get the smaller-company feel from Protiviti. Protiviti is a great place to see a variety of systems and processes, and see what works at some companies and what doesn't at others. In general, it's a great place to start a career, with so much experience in so little time.

      Cons

      Too much SOX work, and hard to pursue opportunities in other areas. Too much commuting.

      Career Advancement is the best reason to work here. There is a very defined career path and if you are not ready for promotion it's probably not the place fo ryou.

      Cons

      Long hours and travel are potential downsides. You may be asked to travel at a moment's notice, and there are many projects that have to be completed in high pressure situations.
