Additionally, you will interact with some very good managers who respect their staff. Lastly, Protiviti does not burn-out their employees (although that may change with the cost-cutting measures taking place and the work starts to pile on the remaining employees).

- The people you work with are young (either physically or mentally), so you will get surrounded by lively and energetic at work. - Most (but not all) Seniors and Managers show appreciation to their subordinates throughout engagements. They (again, most but not all) are also willing to coach the consultants with their technicalities and/or soft skills. - Office romance buds everywhere (it sure is one of the pros for a lot of people)
