It should be reworded as Office Assistant in order to hire the right person. You will not answer phones, greet clients or create any reports. There is no collaboration. It is a hybrid location 3 days in office but, no one shows up. You will be asked to clean the refrigerator, empty the dishwasher, carry heavy boxes, and clean up after adults - when they do come to the location. When you are treated poorly there is zero accountability but, if you make a mistake get ready for outcome! Very outdated culture.
