Being a fresher, it will never be a challenge, everyone is supportive.

Cons

Depending on department sometimes you might need to work on weekends but not every weekend. Might be two weekend in a quarter correspondingly.

Easy work and rarely work over time.

Cons

You may get stuck doing the same work over and over again. Hard to learn new skills. If you're not pushing for yourself and really good being your own cheerleader, it may be hard to succeed. Also, work environment is very fratty and culty. So, if youre kinda an outsider you may not fit in.
