Work life balance (kind of depending on workload it was very up and down)

Cons

With layoffs and multiple being let go, Jon b security never felt great. Talent felt wasted after sharing what I could bring to the table. Favoritism definitely existed in terms of how work was allocated

Cons

It is more difficult, than advertised, to move to different teams within the firm. Additionally, you can get stuck on projects that aren't necessarily beneficial to your career.
