      You can get good clients to work with and some growth opportunities.

      Cons

      -The client you get is on luck factor, if you get a bad client and with lots of restrictions then that's it -Working hours are hectic, usually it depends entirely on client and what their working hours are -You can get the project depending on the client and the career alignment you have may differ
