We did migrate to a new benefits platform for 2015 and definitely encountered some bumps in the road. The overall result is that we have many more options for health coverage for employees to select from, including high deductible plans, so employees may choose the coverage that best meets their needs. We will continue to benchmark our benefits cost against our competitors. Our 401(k) is another benefit that we regularly benchmark and find that our match compares favorably in the consulting industry. We did increase our match a year ago (January 2014) and will continue to evaluate the competitiveness of our plan. Joe, our CEO, is based on New York, but is often traveling to meet with clients as well as employees around the world. Joe often attends our milestone training schools as well as participates in office town hall meetings (such as New York’s February meeting) and also participates in local office I on Hunger events. Throughout the year, he visits many of our offices and attends office events to interact with our employees.
