It’s a corporation, much like others, that couldn’t care less about their employees. Their HR department exists so that they don’t get sued. They constantly preach “culture, values, and doing the right thing” to look good on paper but would never actually follow them if it they had to choose between their values and their bottom line. It’s an absolute joke.

They try to sell you on the idea its management consulting but in reality, its staff augmentation. Pay is below market Like any corporation, its the standard boy's club mentality. Unless you can find a senior management personnel to "sponsor" you (as in advocates for you), you're pretty much deadlocked in your career
