      Respected name in industry, good experience building for college graduates. Excellent knowledge sharing, resources and internal training available for new hires.

      Cons

      Very political, rampant favoritism, no clear guidance on progressing ones career.

      Pros

      certain people are nice, good opportunities if you fight for them, protiviti encourages consultants to find their specializations and consultants have the opportunity to move from industry, a lot of helpful trainings offered, travel is available,

      Cons

      too much politics, gossiping by upper management, anyone below senior consultant level is not appreciated and concerns are not taken seriously, pay is not a lot compared to the big 4 and the raises are nothing

      Spend majority of time of loan staff/production projects. Even see associate directors doing this work. Glorified contracting
