      Pros

      Work life balance, and good culture.

      Cons

      Pay is very low at the entry level and projects are extremely boring. Lots of back-office work that isn't real consulting. The culture is overall positive, but it lacks a hard-working mindset as people never work more than 40 hours and most work less.

      Culture is good. Most managers and below are progressive.

      Cons

      Management is terrible at acknowledging people’s hard work. Most people get stuck at one or two projects throughout the year. Management just looks out for themselves.

      Never have I encountered such concentration of toxic personalities and work culture. Fully schooled in the micro (and macro!) aggressions from male workers in tech.
