* Some employees have different managers and are not held to the same professional standards as the rest of the office, which causes disruptions and make it difficult to do your work.
* Pay in Operations is based on level/title and not on effort and actual work done.
* Promotions/benefits/perks are geared towards Practice employees, while Operations are either not included or left in the dark.
* Extensive training/courses/certifications, etc for Practice employees, with TBD for Operations.
* Expense/reimbursement software and policy are HORRIBLE. The software is outdated and not user friendly at all, it takes a minimum of 5 days to get expense reports looked at, and the rules/policy changes depending on who is looking at the report. Not user friendly at all.
