      Underpaid but nice coworkers

      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with. I made some good friends during my time there.

      Cons

      I was definitely underpaid and overworked. I was an EA, and before me, there were 2 EAs on the team. I was doing the work of two people. When I tried to leave, they tried to counter and increase my wage, but it was too late and wasn't as good of an offer as my new company.

      Pros

      Not a big 4 and not a small start up. Great culture, not overworked.

      Cons

      Hard to move up quickly, lower pay ranges but you get a better culture imo.

      1. Experience across all different industries (health, government, mining, finance, etc.) 2. Flat structure (get to know everyone in the office from Con 1 to MD) 3. Competitive salary for graduate role (opportunity for bonus)

      Cons

      1. Each office in Australia has more work in specific solutions than others (e.g., Tech, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit, Business Development)
