      Pros

      Material handlers nice but many above are back stabbers.

      Cons

      Management, Can't get your work done to rectify issues with roadblocks, Some bad employees at mid-management level make working there difficult. Not much teamwork and helping each other out. Watch out there are spies in there watching your every move and speaking poorly of you. Many issues need to be resolved.

      Benefits, compensation, advancement, culture, people are great and as we grow we are ramping up

      Cons

      We have growing pains, but that will subside now that we have new management. Excited to see what the future holds
