      Great people, entrepreneurial, need to be self motivated

      Pros

      The people. There is a fantastic balance of people here that are kind and friendly outside of work, and at work, will go above and beyond to help solve a problem and be a team player.

      Cons

      You need to be able to navigate your own career path, you need to be able to see opportunities and be able to run with them on your own. This is not necessarily a 'Con' but I list it here for those that need/want the organization to provide career advancement planning.

      Pros

      Clinicians love the product and although they are several years behind in updating their platform it is considered the industry standard and they are in the process of moving to a SAAS environment now.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t seem to value their employees and lead from a position of power and fear as opposed to empathy and support.
