      Bullying - starts and the top and trickles down

      There is nothing good about working here

      There is a "bully" culture that begins with the CEO. I've found myself crying daily as a result of how the leadership treats me, and I've only been here a few months. Do not work here if you value your self-worth, freedom, or sense of self.

      The companies acquired by Provation were great individually, but Provation kills them slowly

      Cons

      Incompetant management, higher you go the lesser they know. The core management were bunch of people from the original company been there for over 20 years, never worked outside, and look out for each other. Their success was based on bunch of aquisitions, but slowly kill the acquired companies, killing motivation and innovation. They will throw you out of the job at their whim.
