      Pros

      They're currently primarily remote and those who choose to go into the office can do that. They encourage employees to recognize each other's efforts, my group was great and the training was in-depth.

      Cons

      In 2023 they did not have Juneteenth as a company holiday, which I thought was odd. The team's workload was extremely overwhelming, leading to frequent and constant complaints, high turnover with 1 particular person, Benefits are decent: 4 weeks 4 days of vacation and average medical and dental benefits.

      Great management - they really care about their people Great vision and strategy for the software Great customer base Great market presence THE GIANT in GI Documentation software Lots of tools available to make you successful Really get to focus and do well on the job you were hired for Management is super supportive and likes to celebrate success

      Cons

      Very meticulous about data entry small fish in a big pond (which isn't always bad) Fortive acquisition is causing some changes...like a new CEO...tbd on the outcome
