🙏Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. However, there are more than 500 people on board at Provectus, we do our best to keep a flat and bureaucracy-free structure. We value transparency and openness. Regular All-hands Meetings are common practice for us. Every newcomer participates in an onboarding meeting with Executives (CEO and COO) and can share the feedback as well as ask any questions. Projects we do for our clients are pretty interesting and complicated and usually require knowledge of cutting-edge technologies. It gives us a chance to attract the best experts in their fields. There are certain things we want to do first on the market, so these ambitions also attract extremely initiative and curious people. This is Game of Thrones. You never know who will stab you next. Toxic atmosphere, every department hogs the covers and works only its interest. No collaboration.
