Provectus is very dynamical, friendly and growing company. There are lots of department covering different technologies. Odessa Office is situated in lovely place near the sea. Lots of company events and parties.

Cons

I can not find any kontras. As usual there can be improvements done, but nothing I can mention right now

A lot depends on which team you will get. The middle managers can break the company's efforts.
