Cons

Do not recommend for professionals that worry about their reputation. Unprofessional management that was chosen old time ago and doesn't want to change. Weak teams All interviews on Glassdoor were made by existing employees and fake, they're doing the same by asking (forcing) their existing employees to leave a review. I have a big network of my friends who left them with a negative feeling. Not good benefits, the worst vacation policy Poison Culture, be aware if it's important for you!

Pros

This company is an exceptional employer that cares about its employees and provides a positive work environment. The management team is supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. They are always willing to lend a helping hand and provide guidance when needed. The company is committed to providing opportunities for professional growth and development, which is evident in the various training programs and mentorship opportunities available. Additionally, there are numerous career advancement opportunities within the organization, as well as the chance to work on exciting projects and initiatives. I would also like to add that during the start of the full-scale invasion, the company was very good and supported its employees and provided financial and transportation assistance.

Cons

While there are many positives to working for this company, some employees may find that the workload can be challenging at times. Additionally, while there are opportunities for career advancement, it may take some time to move up the ranks. However, overall, these cons are minor compared to the many benefits of working for such a great company.
