      Pros

      I feel that Sutter Health has the same Pro's that I have for my Patients that I care for. The Caring and going that Extra Mile for that Patient/Patients and their loved ones at that time of need in their Lives. This shows in the care and concern that I give to my patients and shows with the administrative decisions that are made by Sutter which makes us a strong caring healing organized Team.

      Cons

      The only Con that I can see is that when I hear different complaints from coworkers that seem that they are not being heard from the administrative part of the (team).
