Pros

For the most part, you get to work with great people in a positive environment, and meet interesting people, and learn a lot during conferences.

Cons

Pay is low, hours are evenings and weekends mostly, or covering one of the full-time people when they call in sick or take vacation. No chance of full-time unless one of the FT people leave, which probably won't happen.

Pros

The people were like family, I still am connected with them today there was room for movement until the merger. The pay and benifits were great.

Cons

Due to the merger culture, mission and values slipped causing the whole work environment to be unstable and feeling like you were walking in every day just to hear you did not make the cut for the ever 3 month layoff
