Flexible schedule. Good pay. Co workers are supportive of each other’s efforts and function as part of a team

Cons

High management turnover. Los of changes many of which are caused by the tension between creating a centralized system contrasted with a more customized local approach.

1. Feeling you might be making a difference for those in your community. 2. Staff who are collaborative and energized by the Mission and Vision of the Sisters of Providence.

1. Underpaid employees often overqualified for positions. 2. Cultural disconnection between Mission and Values of Providence and ACTUAL working environment. 3. Poor Structural Hierarchy-limited advancement opportunities. 4. Lack of strong, decisive, focused, global-minded leadership.
