Pros

There are friendly people all over that work here. Some of the best nurses in the world work here.

Cons

Bad management. Lots of backstabbing. Supplies are not always there when needed. There are too many people that do nothing here and get paid for it.

Pros

The commitment to the overall mission and core value of the organization. Everybody from the lowest ranks to the senior executives are fully committed to mission...to care for the poor and vulnerable, through our compassionate service. The caring value permeates throughout the organization.

Cons

Since it is a non-profit organization, pay is not as competitive with other organizations.
