Pros

Good work life balance Good benefits

Cons

Uncertain leadership decisions. Unofficial forced lay offs(I have been asked to putdown papers) No growth opportunities and management question you back for no growth. Over projecting projects and automations that feels useless.

Pros

None till date job seekers should avoid this org

Cons

This company thrives over its arrogance and self-centred thought of being the best in the class. Its by far the worst org to work with, firstly if you are not a deloitte employee you cannot work in the HR. Cause the entire HR is made out of the leftovers of deloitte. Micromanagement, disrespect, and taking you for granted are just few of the traits this HR team at Providence will provide. Lately alot of the senior folks talent acquisition were asked to resign both in lateral and campus team only after when the management noticed the attrition of good employees leaving providence. But the core toxic trash still remains.
