Pros

Large Health system allows for job growth. Education programs. Most Managers are trained to be supportive. Good pay, and Benefits. Very competitive pay. Bereavement time off, maternity leave, etc. Great Charity work!

Cons

Some Managers lacking leadership abilities. As with any large organization, sometimes things take time to implement, sometimes too long. Mostly though Providence works well.

Pros

They paid fairly well, and the benefits were good, like tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Really can't say enough bad things about them. Overall, the management was horrible, underqualified, and didn't know what they were doing or how to manage a single person. Extremely ableist and discriminatory, no matter how much they tried to pretend they weren't; at the end of the day, it was an all-white team.
